Felipe from the wholesale department at Field of Flowers provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find customer service this genuine nowadays. Highly recommend asking for Felipe if you want someone reliable, helpful, and attentive. Definitely a 5-star experience!

If I could do more than 5 stars I promise I would. Ilana at Field of Flowers is absolutely amazing! She always takes care of me and puts together the best of the best flower assortments every single time. Her knowledge about roses is unmatched, she always knows exactly which ones to pick based on what I’m looking for. She makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and honestly she’s the best part of coming here. Highly recommend asking for Ilana if you want beautiful arrangements and incredible service!

My husband took our 5-year-old son to pick out flowers for me at Field of Flowers in Davie on Mother’s Day. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and my son proudly chose a large bouquet of pink roses himself. That’s why it was even more disappointing to see the quality of the flowers we received. The roses were in terrible condition honestly some of the worst flowers I’ve ever been given. Most of them never bloomed, many already looked wilted, and by the very next day the bouquet was practically dying. For the amount of money spent, the quality was unacceptable, especially for Mother’s Day. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I reached out privately before writing this review because I wanted to give the business an opportunity to make it right. I was told to send an email, which I did immediately, but 10 days later we still have not received any response at all. It’s disappointing that a business selling flowers for special occasions would provide such poor quality products and then completely ignore customers afterward. I would not recommend wasting your money here.
